| Job Description: |
- Manage the front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped reception area, ensuring availability of necessary stationery and materials, Some Administrative responsibilities Involved.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and fax messages, ensuring prompt and accurate routing to the relevant departments or individuals.
- Keep an updated log of office extensions, personnel movements, and internal changes.
- Receive all incoming documents, letters, packages, and ensure timely distribution to the concerned departments.
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, offering excellent customer service at all times.
