We`re looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team and be a key player in our expansion.
The Role:

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will be the frontline of our business, responsible for finding and onboarding high-quality trucking companies into our carrier network.
-
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your success directly fuels the company`s growth.

You will manage the entire carrier lifecycle, from the first cold call to a successful, long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively source and identify new carriers using industry databases, and other tools.

Sales & Relationship Building: Make a high volume of outbound calls to introduce our company.

Carrier Onboarding: Manage the entire carrier onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring all required paperwork is collected and verified.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with your book of carriers, becoming their trusted point of contact.

Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and dispatch teams to ensure a seamless handoff.
What We`re Looking For (Requirements):
-
Proven Experience: 1+ years of experience in a sales, brokerage, or carrier procurement role within the trucking/logistics industry is highly preferred.

Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a strong drive to hunt for new business and close deals. You are motivated by goals and commissions.

Exceptional Communicator: Top-notch phone, email, and negotiation skills. You`re confident, persuasive, and build rapport quickly.

Resilient & Adaptable: You dont get discouraged by no` and can thrive in the fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable world of logistics.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple leads and onboarding processes simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of truckload transportation, equipment types, FMCSA compliance, and standard carrier onboarding documents
