| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order cycle from inquiry to final shipment and customer feedback. Liaise with customers to understand product requirements, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with R&D for product development, sampling, and approvals. Work closely with Production and PPC to ensure timely order execution and smooth workflow. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to customer standards and resolve quality issues. Follow up with Procurement for raw material sourcing and approvals. Coordinate with Import/Export and Logistics teams for timely shipments and proper documentation. Prepare and maintain T&A (Time & Action Plans) for all orders and ensure milestones are achieved. Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide proactive solutions. Handle costing, price negotiations, and order confirmations with customers. Conduct regular order status updates and report progress to management and clients. Maintain effective communication with buyers to build and sustain long-term business relationships. Collect and analyze post-shipment customer feedback for continuous improvement. |
