Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Billing Executive with a strong background in data entry, billing software handling, and ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate will be able to manage daily accounts-related tasks efficiently and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing operations and process invoices in the accounting/billing software.

  • Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records with accuracy.

  • Enter, update, and verify data in accounting systems.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable transactions.

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support management in audits and financial analysis.

  • Perform other finance and accounts-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA (Finance/Accounting) or equivalent.

  • Proven experience with billing software and data entry.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
