We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for Electric Fences, Automatic Gate Motors and cctv cameras. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong field sales team, and achieving sales growth in the security and automation industry. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a field sales team (Sales Executives/Representatives).
• Identify and develop relationships with builders, and contractors.
• Conduct market visits to explore new business opportunities.
• Manage corporate clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure target achievement.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share market feedback with management.
• Collaborate with marketing team for promotions and brand awareness.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Must have own conveyance and willingness to travel.
