Job Description 

As a Success Delivery Manager at PureLogics, you will lead the end-to-end client journey—from onboarding and implementation to adoption and growth—ensuring client success with our SaaS solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional experiences and build long-term strategic relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth delivery and post-launch engagement.
• Drive onboarding, training, and successful deployment of client products.
• Understand client business goals and align our solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
• Manage timelines, resources, and client expectations across multiple projects.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts (upsell/cross-sell) and support the Sales team in converting them.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the client journey.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10 - 12 years of experience in client-facing roles (Engagement Manager / CSM / Project Manager) in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven success managing B2B SaaS clients and leading complex project implementations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Tech-savvy and able to translate technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/PM platforms.
• Certifications like PMP, CSM, or Customer Success certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or API-based integrations

Experience:
