Location: Blue Area – Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, automate, and generate management reports; create Power BI dashboards for HR insights.
• Understanding of HR systems (HRIS) and experience with SAP/Oracle Fusion preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel (functions, pivots, macros, data modeling).
• Ability to write/optimize queries for extracting and managing HR data.
• Work with cross-functional teams for analytical support and insights.
• Proven ability to automate reporting processes using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, experience in data visualization (Power BI), and HR data analytics.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Relevant degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5- 7 Years experience as Data Analyst.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle Fusion (ERP/HR modules).
• Strong expertise in Power BI for dashboards and visualizations.
