We are currently seeking energetic and motivated Call Center Agents for our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Campaign. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills who are looking to build their careers in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to generate leads for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) services.

• Communicate effectively with U.S.-based customers, verifying eligibility and gathering required information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead generation targets.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.

• Accurately update call records and reports in the system.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure overall campaign success.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (DME or Medicare campaign preferred).

• Excellent English communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Availability to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).

• Must be able to work on-site at our Rawalpindi office.
