7 Kings Code LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to oversee client relationships and technical project delivery across our IT services portfolio. This role acts as a strategic advisor and technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned clients.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects (cloud migrations, managed services, network/security implementations).

• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans.

• Coordinate with DevOps, Security, and Support teams for smooth project execution.

• Monitor SLAs, track incident resolutions, and manage escalations.

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deliver performance reports.

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for solution design and upselling.

• Track client satisfaction, retention, and account growth metrics.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years in IT services or technical account management.

• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-phase projects.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity concepts.

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder handling skills.

Technical Expertise (Preferred)

• Tools: Jira, ServiceNow, Datadog, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Power BI.

• Domains: Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Security Operations, Managed IT Services.
