Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – US Medical Billing to lead and grow our healthcare sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to close high-value B2B deals across clinics, private practices, and healthcare networks in North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the US and Canada.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting to closing and client onboarding.

  • Develop strong relationships with clinic owners, physicians, and healthcare executives.

  • Create tailored proposals and ROI-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and campaign strategies.

  • Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM accuracy.

  • Represent the company at healthcare events and webinars.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: 3–6+ years in medical billing or healthcare sales (B2B).

  • Deep understanding of US healthcare, RCM, and payer systems.

  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.

Technical Skills

  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce

  • Communication: RingCentral, Zoom, Slack

  • Sales Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo

  • Analytics: Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau

  • Proposal Tools: PandaDoc, DocuSign

KPIs / Targets

  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage.

  • Book 20–30 qualified meetings per month.

  • Maintain lead-to-close ratio of 20%+.

  • Ensure 100% CRM hygiene and timely follow-ups.
