We are looking for an experienced and motivated Alibaba Account Manager to join our export team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our Alibaba account, generating qualified leads, handling inquiries, and converting potential buyers into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s Alibaba account on a daily basis.

• Create, update, and maintain product listings with professional images, descriptions, and keywords.

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up effectively to close sales.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and traffic on Alibaba.

• Handle online promotions, campaigns, and trade assurance orders.

• Communicate with international clients professionally via chat, email, and calls.

• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Analyze account performance and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing Alibaba or other B2B platforms.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).

• Familiar with product uploading, keyword research, and Alibaba paid promotions (P4P).

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Good computer and internet research skills.
